Specter mugs are crafted by experienced artisans in family-run workshops in India. The hammered pattern is created by hand, which is why even the two mugs in a set differ from one another in their details. Both are made of 100 percent pure copper and feature a transparent, food-safe coating on the inside that meets European standards.

Statutory warranty in the EU

All goods sold in the European Union are covered by a statutory warranty of at least two years. This protects you if a product is defective upon receipt, does not match its description, or does not fulfill its intended function.

The warranty only covers defects that already existed at the time of delivery. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper handling, care errors, or misuse are not covered.
