The Lima is made in a family-run workshop in India. Experienced artisans apply the hammer pattern strike by strike by hand. The mug is made from 100 percent pure copper and carries a transparent, food-safe lining inside that meets European food contact compliance requirements.
Wash your copper mug by hand with clean water and mild dish soap, then dry it with a soft cloth. Avoid using the dishwasher, steel wool, and abrasive cleaners. The Lima is our slimmer mug. 470 ml are enough for a long drink and do not feel oversized for a glass of water. It is made from 100 percent pure copper, not stainless steel with a copper layer, and carries a transparent, food-safe lining inside. The weight is chosen so the mug stands securely while still being light to lift.
Every Lima is hammered individually by hand. That is why the depth and flow of the pattern differ from mug to mug, and the colour tone can vary slightly too, because copper is a natural material. Place two side by side and you will see it. That is exactly the difference between a piece from a workshop and goods that come out of a press.
The Lima is rarely brought out for cocktails alone. Our customers tell us it sits on the desk, on the shelf, next to the sink, and gets used daily. For water, for lemonade, for chilled soft drinks. Copper takes on the cold almost instantly, and that works with tap water just as well as with a cocktail. One note on that: the Lima is a drinking vessel, not a storage container. Fill it when you drink.

All goods sold in the European Union are covered by a statutory warranty of at least two years. This protects you if a product is defective upon receipt, does not match its description, or does not fulfill its intended function.
