Both mugs are inspected individually before shipping, before they are placed in the box. We pay special attention to the rim of the mug and the base of the handle, as that’s where manufacturing defects are most likely to be noticeable. Specter mugs are crafted by experienced artisans in family-run workshops in India. The hammered pattern is created by hand, which is why even the two mugs in a set differ from one another in their details. Both are made of 100 percent pure copper and feature a transparent, food-safe coating on the inside that meets European standards.

Wash the cups by hand with clean water and mild dish soap, and dry them with a soft cloth. Avoid using a dishwasher, steel wool, and abrasive cleaners. When is the set of 2 the right choice and when is the Líon set of 4?

The Specter set of 2 fits when you drink as a pair or when you are giving a gift. The Líon set of 4 is worthwhile if you regularly host guests, as it also includes six pieces of bar accessories such as a jigger, a bar spoon and straws. Many of our customers start with the set of 2 and add to it later.

How is the Specter copper mug set packaged and can I give it as a gift straight away?
